Can I get the print in a smaller, larger, or cropped size than what is offered?
The sizes that are offered are the sizes that are proportionate to the image. In some cases some prints can be printed at a smaller size, but this is considered a special order print and will be charged as such.
The largest size that any print can be printed at is listed on the each respective product page. I can't print them any larger than that, because it will diminish the quality of the image.
Also, at this time I don't offer custom cropped prints. Sorry! They are as they are. A custom mat that fits your frame will easily fix this issue. And if you're super set on cropping it you can also have it trimmed down by a local print shop.
Can you change the colors on the print?
No, sorry! As I've said, my prints come as they are. I created them to look that way for a reason. If you need a specific color palette, I would love to create a custom piece for you.
Can I buy the digital file of the print so I can print it at home or at my local print shop? I promise I won't share it, or sell it.

What's the difference between the paper and the canvas version?
There are several key differences and one of them is the actual substrate itself. The canvas prints are printed on canvas material. It is super sturdy and durable. It doesn't require you to frame it behind glass, because it has been sealed with a satin protective finish, which will protect it from everyday elements and UV light.
Paper prints are printed on thick slightly textured (similar to watercolor paper) fine art paper with a matte surface. It is a delicate material and I would absolutely recommend to framing it behind glass. Paper prints are an excellent option for those on a smaller budget.
Do canvas prints have any texture?
Canvas prints do not have any added texture, just the natural texture of the canvas material.
I see that you're partnered with Framebrige, can't I just buy the frame from them?
Absolutely! But the advantage of ordering it through me is that we handle all of the logistics. With a few simple clicks you can order both the print and the frame at the same time. We will then automatically coordinate with Framebridge so that all you have to do it wait for it to arrive at your doorstep 100% ready to hang.
Otherwise you'd have to order the print from us, wait for the print to arrive at your home, then order the frame, wait for them to send you a tube to mail the print to them, mail the print to them, wait for the frame to be made, then wait for it to be shipped back to you. Ordering the frame through us greatly cuts down the total processing time!

My tracking number says that the package is delivered, but I didn't see it in my mail box.
Your package could have been lost or stolen. But before you jump to that conclusion, I advise that you first check with your neighbors to make sure they didn't get it on accident. I have also had cases where local post offices hold the packages, for some reason. So I recommend checking in with them to see if they have it. You may want to ask if they know which carrier had delivered your package that day. They may be able to shed some light on the situation. You must work quickly, though, if you let too many days pass by the post office may not be able to help you.
If it is completely lost please contact me. I will file a claim with the mail insurance company, and send you the paperwork (it's actually electronic) for you to sign confirming that you have not received the package. This is real serious legal stuff folks. If you say that you didn't receive the package, when you really did, it is considered insurance fraud (so please don't try to cheat the system- not that I think you would). Once the case is complete I will send you your replacement. Please note that this can take a couple of weeks.
I am an international buyer and the tracking for my order has stopped in Los Angeles?
I ship all of my international orders are shipped in a tube. Smaller tubes under 21" will be sent via First Class International. This greatly saves on shipping costs, however their tracking stops in the U.S.. If you would like to track your package during its full route, then I can upgrade your order to priority (the price is usually about double). This is only done upon request, and before I ship the order.
I am an international buyer, and my order status says shipped but it's been two weeks and I still haven't received it.
Unfortunately once I take a package to a mail carrier it is no longer under my control. If it has been two weeks and you still haven't received your print it could be that it is being held up in customs. Sometimes, rarely but it does happen, international orders can take up to 4 weeks. Yes, even if it's being shipped to Canada or Mexico.
If it's been more than 4 weeks since you've received the shipping notifcation please email me.
I'm an international buyer and am going to be in the U.S. for a few days. Can you send my order to the hotel I will be staying at?
Yes, absolutely. I will do my best to make sure it arrives on time.
There are a couple of things to keep in mind:
- Please confirm with your hotel that they can receive packages for their guests.
- Please email me 2 weeks prior to your departure date so that we can coordinate. Please include your arrival and departure dates, as well as the name and address of the hotel.
My print arrived bent and damaged :(
If your print has arrived damaged please email me asap! If the package it arrived with please snap some pictures and send them to me in the email. I will use these pictures to file a claim with the shipping carrier. I will then send you a replacement print.
The print/painting doesn't match my decor as I originally thought it would, can I return it?
Due to the nature and delicacy of paper all sales are final. If I do grant a return for whatever reason, it must be returned in its original condition. If the print is received bent (especially the corners- even a little bit), marked, dirty, scratched, or basically anything less than mint condition, then it will not qualify for a refund. It sounds harsh, but I want all of my future customers to receive the same quality of product that you received originally. A restocking fee of 15% will also be dedcuted from your return amount.
If you are unsure of how a print will look in your space, I offer a cool service where I photoshop it into your space for free. This way you can visually see what it will look like without the hassle of purchasing and returning it.
If you want to see if the colors of a print match the colors in your home, please contact me and I will send you one printed "swatch" for free. Additional swatches are $8 each. I highly recommend doing this if color matching is a concern for you. All computer monitors and gadget screens display colors differently, so if you are iffy about it it's best to request the swatch.
I bought a frame for the print and it doesn't fit, can I return it?
Sorry all sales are final! All of our prints are hand-cut, so there might be some slight differences in final sizing. I highly recommend waiting to receive the print before purchasing your frame.
If I accidently send you the wrong size, please contact me and I will have you return the original piece, and I will send you the correct size.

We offer canvas prints in three formats: rolled (un-stretched), stretched, and stretched and framed. All print options come in a Matte or glossy finish.
-Rolled (Un-stretched) Canvas Print
Processing Time: 10-15 business days
Rolled canvas means that it comes without the stretcher bars. The print will have an additional 2" white border and it will be mailed to you rolled up and shipped in a tube. You could then take this to a framer and it get mounted, framed, or stretched.
**International Buyers: If you would like a canvas print, this is the only option available to you.
-Stretched Canvas Print- Ships only within the continental U.S.:

Stretched on 1.5" deep bars. The sides will be a mirrored image, or white upon request. It comes with a wired back and is ready to hang.
-Stretched & Framed Canvas Print- Ships only within the continental U.S.:
Processing Time: 25-30 business days
Stretched on 1.5" bars. The sides of the canvas will be white. Two frame options are available: white and gold. Comes ready to hang. Please note, framing is not available for sizes over 36"x36"
